The More I Seek You

We’re Growing Crippled

This poem speaks to the religious leaders who lead churches in totalitarianism being afraid of changes and things out of their control. Such leaders make their followers grow crippled spiritually. It is dreadful.

You make my heart cry.
The land is dry and
My tears are not enough
To wet it all.

The trees don’t like their garden.
They’d rather have their roots dug out
And leave.

Somewhere where rain falls down on all in season.
Where they could grow
And jealous ones won’t choke them all for that.

You make my heart cry,
Oh, gardener, I am a tree.
Cut lose our chains
We’re growing crippled.

We Are the Fading Sounds

Thinking Out Loud (About Life)

For almost twenty-one years I roam the earth. I love to watch life; the way it flows, the ways people thrust it many directions, the ways it pays us back what we deserve. No, this world isn’t my home and it never accepted me hospitably. I will leave this place, but still people will be here after me and it scares me at times…

Life is disrespected and dishonored. Selfishness takes over young hearts. Everyone is doing what they feel is right, acting on their own definition of “right”. They follow their pleasures, and desires, and attractions, and addictions. They can’t stand a timely discomfort of selflessness and truth… eventhough deep inside they know the ways of righteousness.

Sounds like suicide to me. More

My Testimony of God’s Touch During Worship

The Years I Wait In Pain

I’m sitting there again
Waiting for my time
I hope it’s not in vain
The years I wait in pain

Every second brings me closer
Closer to my end
With every second colder
Colder are the days.
